  • Why don’t you charge upfront fees?
    I know that upfront costs can be a huge barrier for small business owners, preventing them from getting the professional website they need. My no-upfront-fee model makes web design accessible to everyone. You pay an affordable monthly fee that covers everything, including the website, hosting, updates, and support.
  • How much does it cost per month?
    The monthly fee typically ranges from $100 to $150 (excluding GST). The exact amount depends on the size of your website and how often you anticipate needing updates. This all-inclusive fee covers hosting, domain, and ongoing support, so there are no hidden surprises.
  • What is the minimum contract period?
    The initial contract is for 12 months, after which it transitions to a month-to-month arrangement. This gives you the flexibility to continue using the service or explore other options.
  • How can I purchase the website outright?
    At any time, you have the option to buy the website. The purchase price will be calculated based on the website’s original value, minus a portion of the monthly fees you’ve already paid. For example, if your website is valued at $3,000 and your monthly fees are $165 with 50% that can be allocated towards website repayment, the purchase price will be as follows at the end of each year: The website's value and monthly fee portion will be outlined in your contract.
  • How do I get started?
    It’s simple, get in touch and we'll get started! Fill out the Fact Find form I’ll provide to share your business goals and website requirements. I’ll create a tailored proposal with pricing, timelines, and a contract. Once you’re happy and we’ve signed the agreement, I’ll get to work on your custom website.
  • How long does it take to build my website?
    On average, your website will be ready to review within 2-4 weeks. The exact timeframe depends on the project’s size and complexity. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and you’ll have the chance to review and request changes before it goes live.
